Mitch Gould, CEO

Mitch Gould, a third-generation retail distribution and manufacturing professional specializing in consumer products, has more than 25 years of experience in the retail industry. His expertise spans several categories of consumer products, including lawn and garden, hardware and, more recently, sports nutrition, dietary supplements and beverages. Over the years, he has represented organizations such as Igloo, Rubbermaid, Sunbeam, Remington, Ames, Chapin, Paramont, Miracle-Gro, Desa International, Native Remedies, Organic Food Bar, PowerICE, and Bob Wall's KO Fitness drink,

Mitch has also successfully launched a wide range of products from concept to shelf, many of which can be found in prestigious magazines like Time, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, People, US, U.S. News & World Report, Men's Health and Maxim.

He has placed new entrepreneurs, major companies and celebrity-branded products—such as Steven Seagal's Lightning Bolt, Hulk Hogan's "Hogan Energy" supplement, Chuck Liddell's Iceman RX and Roberto Clemente Jr's PowerICE—into some of the most sought-after markets and accounts in the country. These include Wal-Mart USA, Wal-Mart International, Sam’s Club, Costco,Home Depot, Lowes,Menards,GNC, Tree of Life, Kroger, Safeway, Fred Myer, Amazon.com, Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, K-Mart, 7-Eleven, Target, Miejers, Fred's, USA Sports, Ace Hardware, Bradley Caldwell, Central Garden Supply.

Mitch has partnered with eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman to develop RonnieColemanNutrition.com, and most recently worked with Hulk Hogan for HoganNutrition.com.


Scott Gould

Scott Gould, VP of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Scott Gould is responsible for implementing both unique and proven marketing strategies to grow IPG clients’ brands. A fourth-generation retail professional, Scott brings a combination of technical and creative expertise to his work.

He has directed a number of creative social media campaigns, involving the development of unique promotions and contests and building consumer trust and brand recognition. He has also implemented a number of innovative ecommerce solutions, including the integration of real-time warehouse inventory with merchant systems.

Successfully managing multiple advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding 6 figures, Scott has earned real ROI and increased market presence for IPG's clients. His market savvy is a result of closely following current trends, which allows him to formulate exactly the right messages for the right audience at precisely the right time.

The combination of skills Scott brings to IPG allows him to work interdepartmentally, coordinating the efforts of the firm’s sales, marketing and Internet technology teams. This requires a great deal of creative thinking and technological expertise, and Scott prides himself on his ability to come up with innovative solutions to all types of challenges.

Scott has proven time and again that he is capable of blending IPG’s established model for success, which has made the firm one of the most successful sales and marketing agencies in the United States, with the type of creative and technological innovation that allows IPG to stay on the cutting edge of its industry.


Brian Gould
VP Of Retail Operations

Brian Gould, VP of Retail Operations

Brian Gould, who represents a 4th generation of manufacturing and retail distribution, brings a unique perspective to global brands. He has an in-depth understanding of the objectives, goals and challenges that today's manufacturers face as they try to bring their products to the United States market or expand their sales in America. Brian has represented many major companies in the consumer product industries.

Brian is highly familiar with the all segments of the consumer product industries including but not limited to Sports Nutrition, Lawn and Garden, Hardware, Electronics, and General Merchandise. He played an instrumental role in developing the sports nutrition category at Amazon.com, and has launched several consumer product lines from concept to shelf.

Brian is a frequent attendee of ECRM events, spread across several categories, where buyers and sellers come together to meet one-on-one. Through this “speed dating” process, he has met with more than 70 national companies. This has led to ongoing, first name relationships with buyers.

This is just part of Brian’s more than a decade spent cultivating intimate working relationships with key accounts in consumer product channels. These accounts include: Amazon.com, Wal-Mart, Vitamin World, Vitamin Shoppe, 7-Eleven, Target, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Ace Hardware, Lowes, CVS, Walgreens, Radio Shack, Best Buy, Ahold, GNC, Costco Wholesale, Katz Group, Bartell Drug, and Cardinal Health.


Mike Myrthil
General Manager

Mike Myrthil, General Manager

Mike brings more than 12 years of sales and marketing experience to the IPG team. He has an in depth knowledge of Consumer product industries.

Mike has met and developed relationships with buyers in all channels of the Food, Drug, Mass Merchandise, Convenience Stores, and Specialty Health industries. These relationships include companies like CVS, Walgreens, Vitamin World, Vitamin Shoppe and Best Buy.

He has attended ECRM events, where buyers and sellers come together for special one-on-one, “speed dating” type meetings. These sessions have provided Mike with priceless exposure to dozens of major national brands.

Mike takes pride in having been a part of several product launches that have resulted in millions of dollars in sales.


Jeff Fernandez
Executive Vice President

Jeff Fernandez, Executive Vice President

Jeff has more than two decades of diversified retail purchasing experience in large, multi-format brick and mortar operations, and with Amazon.com, the world’s largest online retailer. Jeff brings an in-depth understanding of retail operations, purchasing and category management. Jeff has had proven success managing multi-million-dollar health and personal categories, OTC and skincare categories at some of the world’s largest retailers, including Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Amazon.com.

During his time at Amazon.com, he played a key role in launching the Health and Personal care store. His responsibilities included building and managing categories, including Sports Nutrition, Vitamins, Weight Loss, Health Care OTC, Sexual Wellness, as well as early responsibilities in Personal Care and Grocery.

He also was responsible for building a business at Amazon.com from nothing to close to $100 million in revenue over the past five years. Jeff’s wealth of industry knowledge and deep relationships with all manufacturers are attributes that are effectively used for IPG’s client base.

James Cordova
Director of International Sales

James Cordova, Director of International Sales

James brings more than 13 years of sales, finance and marketing experience to his role as Director of International Sales for IPG. James served in the U.S. Air Force as an aerospace ground mechanic, later entering SERE training and finishing fourth in his class at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

Upon completion of his service, James attended UCLA, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business and completed an internship with Chiat/Day. During his professional career, James has generated more than $2 million in sales for United Vision Financial, one of the largest independent brokerage firms in the country.

James pursues each challenge with a strategic vision, experience and tactical knowledge of sales and marketing to make a significant contribution for IPG and the brands we represent.



Michelle Bizet
Communications Director

Michelle Bizet, Communications Director

Michelle graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida. She more than two years of experience in communications and is an expert in social media, website management, analytic reports, campaign development, blogging and copy-editing.

Most recently, she worked in Gainesville with the Supervisor of Elections in Alachua County creating a campaign to promote online voter registration. In 2015, she attended the Disney Youth Education Series Program for leadership and teamwork in Orlando.

Michelle was a Campus Ambassador and PR event producer for the Broward College Student Government. A standout student, Broward College chose Michelle to represent its school on billboards, brochures, its LinkedIn profile and Spotify ads. 

A native Venezuelan, Michelle speaks Spanish and learned French at L’Alliance Française. Currently, she is enrolled in the global strategic communications master’s program at UF and looks forward to earning her MBA in the future. 



Casey Cummings
Director of Sales

Casey Cummings, Director of Sales

Casey brings more than a decade of professional sales, marketing and networking experience from working alongside some of the world’s top entertainment and media companies in their respective industries. He has partnered on projects with global conglomerates like Life in Color, and both the William Morris and Creative Arts agencies.  

Since then he has partnered with some of the world’s most influential celebrities, as well as some of Florida’s largest universities, such as the University of Central Florida, Florida Atlantic University and the University of Florida, to bring some of the biggest national acts to the Sunshine State.  

Casey’s international hospitality industry experience enables him to effectively navigate any business and social setting. His knowledge and expertise in these fields make him a natural fit as the Global Executive Assistant to IPG CEO Mitch Gould.
